Recruiting Coordinator

Hiring Drivers Now is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our online platform connecting CDL and non-CDL drivers with carriers nationwide. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you'll post and optimize job ads, screen driver applications, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate with carrier partners to fill open routes quickly. You'll use web-based tools, data, and CRM systems to track performance, improve response times, and deliver responsive, helpful support to drivers and employers across the transportation and warehousing industry.

Responsibilities

• Post, update, and optimize driver job listings across online platforms
• Screen applications and pre-qualify CDL and non-CDL drivers
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate next steps with carriers
• Use ATS/CRM tools to track candidates, activity, and performance data
• Communicate with drivers and employers via phone, email, and messaging
• Monitor route and requisition status to help fill roles quickly
• Compile basic reports on activity, conversions, and hiring metrics
• Collaborate with team members to refine recruiting workflows and messaging
