We are actively seeking driven, growth-minded individuals to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division. This highly structured, paid 24-month leadership development program is designed to prepare future business leaders to manage and operate their own multi-million-dollar branch location.During the program, trainees rotate through key areas of the organization, including warehouse operations & logistics, sales & project management, operations management, and business development.
