Organizational Development Specialist

To drive effective performance management initiatives, the full-time Senior Organizational Development Specialist will design, implement, and continuously improve performance management programs while collaborating with HR and business leaders to enhance employee development and engagement. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, evaluations, and calibration processes Analyze performance management metrics to drive continuous improvement and support change management efforts across the organization Translate performance outcomes into targeted development strategies and equip managers with resources for effective performance conversations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in performance management, talent management, or organizational development Experience in designing or enhancing performance management programs, including goal setting and calibration Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program outcomes and make data-driven recommendations Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems in optimizing performance management processes
