Organizational Development Specialist

To elevate employee training and development, the full-time Organizational Development Specialist will design and deliver innovative learning experiences, conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, and collaborate with stakeholders, working in a hybrid environment with one day in the Brookfield, WI office. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual and instructor-led training sessions for onboarding and continuing education Design and maintain training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials to ensure compliance and engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, or a relevant field Experience with video editing and creating training materials Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Positive attitude with the ability to engage learners effectively
