Landscape Maintenance Crew LeaderMagnolia Green | Meridian, MS AreaABOUT THE POSITIONMagnolia Green is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise a crew of one to two technicians.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can organize a crew, maintain high quality standards, work efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.WHAT YOU'LL DOSupervise and work alongside a crew of two to three landscape techniciansPlan and organize daily routes and job-site responsibilitiesEnsure work is completed safely, correctly, and efficientlyInspect properties for quality and address any problemsTrain and develop crew membersCommunicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team membersSafely operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power equipmentDrive company trucks and safely pull equipment trailersEnsure tools, vehicles, and equipment are properly used and maintainedAssist with planting, mulching, irrigation, lighting, patios, decks, and other landscape work when neededHandle fertilizers and landscape chemicals according to company proceduresFollow and enforce company safety policiesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORAt least 5 years of professional landscape maintenance experiencePrevious crew leadership or supervisory experience is preferredAble to lead by example and work alongside the crewDependable, trustworthy, organized, and professionalStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAble to manage people, schedules, equipment, and job-site detailsCommitted to quality work and excellent customer serviceComfortable working outdoors and performing physical laborWilling to learn and participate in ongoing trainingWHAT WE OFFERPaid time off upon hirePaid holidays after 90 daysOngoing trainingOpportunities for advancement and increased payA stable and growing companyA professional, team-oriented work environmentEMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTSValid driver's licenseSafe driving recordReliable transportation to and from workAbility to drive trucks up to one tonAbility to safely pull and maneuver trailersAbility to work outdoors and perform physical landscape workFollow all company policies and safety requirementsProperly use and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipmentAble to pass a pre-employment drug test and background checkLegally authorized to work in the United StatesABOUT MAGNOLIA GREENMagnolia Green has served the Meridian area since 2009.
