Join Our Team as a Manager at The Little Griddle!

(Second location)

Hours available: 5:00am-1:00pm Monday-Friday

The Little Griddle, a family-owned and operated business with 17 years of experience serving our community, is looking for a motivated and dedicated Manager to join our team. If you have a knack for leadership and a love for great food, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Manager at The Little Griddle, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain a high standard of service and quality.
• Leading and supporting team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper food safety practices
• Interacting with customers to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Upholding cleanliness and organization standards throughout the restaurant.
• Occasionally lifting items up to 35 lbs as part of your duties.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is ready to step into a leadership role and help us continue our tradition of excellent service. Here’s what we’d like to see in a candidate:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational, Responsible, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Serve Safe certification is preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
