Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager - Minneapolis/North Dakota

Gilead Sciences/Kite seeks a Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of CAR T therapies across designated academic treatment centers and referral networks in Minneapolis and North Dakota. The role involves strategic account ownership, clinical engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own performance, strategy, and execution for assigned academic treatment centers and referral networks
• Drive patient identification, referral, and therapy adoption through compliant clinical education
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, transplant teams, administrators, and key stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams on patient access, reimbursement, and logistical coordination
• Serve as quarterback across medical, market access, operations, and onboarding teams

Requirements

• PhD/PharmD with 2+ years rare disease, hematology/oncology, or complex account experience
• Master's degree with 6+ years relevant commercial or healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years rare disease, hematology/oncology, or sales experience
• Proven success managing large, sophisticated accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to work independently in field-based, matrix team environment
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%; residency within 20 miles of Minneapolis required

Compensation: $177,905 - $230,230 base salary
