Real Estate Attorney

Description Gordon Feinblatt’s Real Estate Practice Group is looking for an experienced real‑estate attorney, preferably with ten or more years representing clients on commercial real‑estate matters in Maryland. A typical day for this position is a mix of advising clients on acquisitions and sales, leasing, mixed‑use development, zoning and land use, financing, landlord‑tenant matters, government approvals, and more. Strong writing and communication skills are essential. This senior position works independently without more senior supervision but is part of a collaborative real‑estate law team that offers support for unique or unusual client challenges. Our team spends most of its time: Drafting contracts, including leases and purchase‑sale agreements Negotiating the details of transactions Conducting due diligence reviews Working collaboratively with other departments within the firm Providing strategic legal advice Requirements Our firm has an existing stable of clients, so a significant book of portable business is not required but is considered a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to attach to existing clients and over time expand the practice by adding new clients. Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Maryland. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $170,000.00 - $220,000.00 annually.
