The Role Itself

• Intake specialist provides clerical support to the assessment and referral department.
• Maintains documents necessary for admissions.
• Inventories patient belongings.
• Processes consent forms and admission documentation.
• Provides assistance to other units as necessary.
• Communicates with families, patients, or referral sources as needed.
• Handles incoming referral calls from potential clients.

Specializing in treatment of symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises. Our team of highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of building the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into their communities.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 yrs or older
• Preferred STNA, MHT, BHT, LPN
• Medical receptionist exp a plus
• Medical office exp a plus
• Healthcare exp a plus.
