Panhandle Support Services - WV, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Branch Supervisor . Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address gaps in performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with referral sources and community organizations. Attend community events to network and generate referrals. Maintain strong client and patient relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions. Train, and managestaff to meet patient needs. Schedule employees with clients and manage payroll using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system HHA eXchange. Provide leadership, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster engagement and retention. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing home healthcare. Conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and oversee quality improvement initiatives. Develop and manage the branch's budget to meet financial goals. Monitor expenses, revenue, and cash flow, implementing strategies to optimize performance. Coordinate with other branches and departments to align with organizational goals. Act as a liaison between the branch and corporate headquarters, addressing challenges proactively.
