- Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards and district curriculum.

- Design lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners. II. INSTRUCTION - Deliver engaging instruction that promotes critical thinking and student participation.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to support student learning.
- Provide opportunities for student discussion, writing, and problem-solving.

- Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely feedback to students.
- Adjust instruction based on student performance data.
