As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Services in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and support a professional, secure environment. Your customer service and communication skills will help create a positive experience for tenants and guests while addressing security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor visitor access, verify credentials, maintain guest logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas within the commercial real estate location.
• Receive and route phone calls, deliveries, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Monitor front-desk activity and building access points to help deter unauthorized entry and support a professional lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
