Base Salary: $109,000-$141,000 DOE, plus an annual performance incentive opportunity of up to 10% of base salary, resulting in total target compensation of approximately $120,000-$155,000.

For more than 50 years, Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP), headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho, has empowered individuals, families, older adults, and communities to build stronger, more stable futures. Today, EICAP employs approximately 120 staff members, and serves thousands of residents throughout Eastern Idaho. We are seeking an exceptional leader to build on this strong foundation and guide the organization into its next chapter of service and success.

As Chief Executive Officer, you will work directly with the Board of Directors to shape EICAP's future, drive strategic growth, ensure operational excellence, and champion our mission throughout the communities we serve. You will lead a talented team, steward significant public and private resources, build strong partnerships, and ensure EICAP remains a vital force for positive change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Significant executive or senior leadership experience in a nonprofit, governmental, human services, community action, or similarly complex organization.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, workforce leadership, community engagement, and organizational development.
• Experience working effectively with a governing board and diverse stakeholder groups.
