Facility Housekeeper

Position Overview Part‑Time Housekeeper at our facility in Palmer Lake, CO. Days Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8am to 4:30pm. 18 Minute Drive from Colorado Springs! 3 Miles from Hwy I25 at Palmer Lake/Monument. CORE JOB DUTIES Perform cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using prescribed methods Scrub to remove all soil and all or partial finish from hard surface flooring and refinish to glossy appearance Shampoo carpets and remove spots from carpets Report, as observed, need for repair to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures Move and arrange furniture Maintain assigned work area and equipment for cleanliness Assist in cleaning emergency spills Show ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrate ability to work with others Adapt to changing situations or work assignments Conform to uniform and dress code, personal hygiene and good grooming.
