Position Summary #2931LI Our client, a growing construction company in Concord, is seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to support commercial and residential construction projects. This hands‑on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and contributing to a team‑oriented environment. Essential Responsibilities Assist construction crews with daily job site activities Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and perform basic site preparation Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, laborers, and equipment operators Set up and remove temporary structures, barricades, and safety equipment Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Perform general cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Previous construction, landscaping, concrete, roofing, or general labor experience preferred Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be dependable with excellent attendance Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven surfaces throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Benefits Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Opportunity for advancement and skill development Steady, year‑round work Supportive team environment Temp‑to‑hire potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East
