Senior Clinical Therapist – Mindful Body & Recovery Program Location: Riverside, CA (Mindful Body & Recovery Program, Perris, CA) Schedule: 9/80 and two nights a week from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM. Requires driving to community, schools, and client homes on days when IOP services are not provided on site. About the Program Mindful Body & Recovery is an intensive outpatient program for eating disorders, serving youth ages 12–25 at the TAY Stepping Stones location in Riverside. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians within the scope of licensure. Assist the supervisor with daily operations of the IOP program. Carry a small caseload and facilitate group sessions. Provide assistance during crisis situations and give presentations to community stakeholders. Conduct clinical and quality‑improvement chart audits and coordinate clinical decisions in response to operational demands. Offer individual, collateral, group, and family therapy sessions; perform involuntary hospitalization procedures (5150) and Tarasoff assessments. Serve as a liaison with other units, agencies, and community services. Participate in mental‑health conferences and local‑area committees. Develop treatment plans and coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and community agencies. Provide crisis intervention and maintain continuity of care. Essential Duties Provide extensive clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians. Monitor fidelity and coach evidence‑based treatment models. Develop and conduct mental‑health training curriculum. Perform chart audits and quality‑improvement activities. Coordinate clinical decisions and respond to complex cases. Act as a case‑work consultant; guide volunteers and staff. Serve as liaison with other sections, units, services, and agencies. Interview consumers, relatives, and others to gather assessment data. Develop service plans assessing psychological, economic, vocational, educational, physical, health, social, and housing needs. Assist consumers and families in understanding psychological illnesses and treatment options. Establish and maintain effective contact with local mental‑health resources. Prepare reports, correspondence, and respond to emergencies. Coordinate flow of information and clinical data to ensure continuity of treatment. Qualifications Licensed professional: LCSW or LMFT issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Required: Bilingual Spanish. Minimum of two years of post‑licensure experience in a psychiatric or mental‑health setting, including direct client services, assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and indirect services to staff and community. Strong computer and organizational skills. Supervisory or leadership experience. Valid California driver’s license. Ability to provide crisis intervention, write clear reports, work with a multicultural population, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
