Plan, execute, and report on a mix of audits and consulting projects, working closely with managers to share results and track progress. Jump in on special projects and reporting when needed—no two weeks will feel exactly the same. What You’ll Bring A bachelor’s degree in a related field. Around 3–5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or systems-focused roles. Strong communication skills—you know how to explain complex stuff in a clear way. Hands-on experience with control testing and an understanding of how processes connect across systems and teams. Bonus points if you’ve been through business process redesign projects, worked with ERP systems, or hold certifications like CISA, CPA, or CIA.
