Program Coordinator

Program CoordinatorKBR is seeking a Program Coordinator to support engineering, logistics, and sustainment programs for C-130J and C-130H aircraft, including avionics modernization, propulsion sustainment, and propeller upgrade initiatives (54H60, NP2000, R391). This role ensures efficient program execution and supports engineering teams, government customers, and OEM partners.Key Responsibilities:Support program planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking for C-130J/H engineering and sustainment programsManage documentation for avionics, propulsion, and propeller upgrade programs, including NP2000 retrofit effortsCoordinate communication between engineering teams, logistics personnel, depot facilities, and government stakeholdersAssist with configuration management, contract deliverables (CDRLs), and technical documentationPrepare program briefings, status reports, and engineering support packagesTrack action items, risks, and program dependencies across multiple engineering disciplinesSupport workflow processes, data management, and program execution activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred or 10 years relevant experienceExperience supporting aerospace, defense, or government programsFamiliarity with C-130J/H avionics, propulsion, and propeller systems is requiredStrong organizational, communication, and documentation skillsBelong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
