Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Company: Finni Health Job Type: Part-time Schedule: M-F 2-4pm, starting M/W/F (2-4pm or 3-5pm) then increasing to 5 days/week after 3 weeks Location: In-home - Escondido, California Pay: $25.00 per hour Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a young client (early intervention, ages 2-6) to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record accurate session data Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education Qualifications Active RBT Certification (required) CPR Training (required) Experience with early intervention (ages 2-6) preferred Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) What We Offer Competitive pay: $25.00 per hour Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs Background Check: All candidates must pass a background check.
