Worth, TX 76123) **Reports To:** Campus Coordinator **FLSA Status:** Part-Time; Hourly**Position Description:*** Part-time afternoon position responsible for greeting parents and visitors, managing the sign-out/ pick up process of students, assisting with the preparation of crafts.* The Program Assistant is responsible for several administrative tasks such as administering late fees, keeping files organized, and maintaining a general awareness of after-school operations.* The Program Assistant reports to the Campus Coordinator and assists them with any necessary tasks. **Company Description:** Great Hearts Academies is a non-profit network of charter schools dedicated to improving education by developing excelling public schools. May be required to move or position equipment up to 50 pounds approximately.**Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.****Travel required: May need to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities.****This description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions.
