Job Description We need an Immigration Paralegal who has experience with both immigrant and non-immigrant processes, and is particularly strong in PERM. Qualifications Four (4) years of paralegal experience in a high-volume practice or in-house legal team (non-business/family immigration or other paralegal experience will not be considered). Experience preparing nonimmigrant (H‑1B, L‑1, TN, E‑3, O‑1) and/or immigrant (PERM, I‑140, EB‑1 Multinational Manager or Extraordinary Ability, AOS) petitions. Ability to manage extensive client communication while simultaneously preparing and filing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing and proofreading skills (which will be verified by testing during the interview process). Stable work history. No job‑hopping. #J-18808-Ljbffr
