Order Management Specialist

Job Title

Job Summary

Enter and manage customer orders, maintain accurate records, and support order fulfillment by coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and process customer orders.
• Handle order changes and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry.
• Support sales, supply chain, and accounting teams.

Requirements

• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

Preferred

• ERP system experience.
• Administrative, customer service, or order processing background.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, first shift.
• Flexible start times (7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM).
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
• No regular overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
