About the Role
We are seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to support our client, a large organization in the retail industry. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support within a high-volume, process-driven environment. You will help ensure information is accurately documented, routed to the appropriate partners, and managed according to established procedures and timelines.
This position is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with case management or workflow systems, and able to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

• Monday and Friday: Remote
• Tuesday through Thursday: On-site in Downtown Minneapolis or Brooklyn Park. 

Job Description
As an Employee Relations Coordinator, you will support day-to-day administrative and operational processes by managing information, records, reports, and cases. Responsibilities include:

• Use established templates to communicate information and updates to internal partners.
• Assign and distribute reports to the appropriate partners for review and follow-up.
• Use a case management system to document, track, and manage work accurately and efficiently.
• Review records and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify missing, unclear, inconsistent, or potentially inaccurate information and take appropriate action based on established procedures.
• Ensure information and documentation are routed accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain organized and accurate records while adhering to established workflows and quality standards.
• Follow documented procedures, classification guidelines, and service-level expectations.
• Recognize situations that require additional review and escalate them to the appropriate partner.
• Handle confidential and sensitive employee, investigation, HR, and business information appropriately.
• Adapt to changes in procedures, workflows, classifications, and business priorities.

Qualifications
Required

• Experience supporting a high-volume, process-driven workflow involving case management, records processing, complaint or intake processing, claims, ticketing, investigation support, or similar operational work.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain detailed information within a case management, workflow, ticketing, or comparable system.
• Experience reviewing records or documentation for completeness and accuracy and identifying missing, unclear, inconsistent, or potentially inaccurate information.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, classification rules, quality standards, and service-level expectations.
• Ability to recognize exceptions or circumstances that require additional review or escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize and complete a high volume of detailed work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Sound judgment when applying established criteria and determining when additional review or escalation is necessary.
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive employee, HR, investigation, or business information.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing procedures, classifications, workflows, and business priorities.

Preferred

• Experience supporting HR, employee relations, ethics and compliance, investigations, workplace complaints, or a related case management function.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and ChatGPT.
• Experience using EthicsPoint or another investigations, compliance, HR, or case management platform.
