We are seeking a high-caliber Employee Relations & Investigations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our Workplace Investigations leadership team. Working directly alongside senior director-level investigative leaders, you won't just process paperwork—you will help streamline critical risk-management workflows, ensure compliance integrity across a massive national footprint, and directly support high-priority workplace inquiries.

salary: $24 - $27.2 per hour

Responsibilities

• Leadership Support: Serve as the central point of contact and workflow manager for senior investigative directors, optimizing daily schedules, executive communications, and cross-functional case handoffs.

• Case Lifecycle & Intake Management: Monitor, triaging, and organize incoming employee relations concerns, ensuring proper case assignment, documentation compliance, and tracking within enterprise case management systems.

• Data Integrity & Reporting: Synthesize investigative data to prepare executive-ready reporting metrics, trend analyses, and status dashboards for senior human resources leadership.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly across Legal, HR Business Partners, Compliance, and Loss Prevention teams to facilitate timely information sharing and process resolution.

• Confidential Document Administration: Manage high-sensitivity investigative files, case summaries, and policy documentation with absolute discretion and precision.

• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in investigative workflows and partner with leadership to implement smarter, streamlined case tracking and tracking protocols.
