As an Employee Relationship Manager, within PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions, you will be primarily based in Cleveland, OH. PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of solutions to meet the needs of various businesses and their employees. The Employee Relationship Manager role is designed to help improve employee financial wellbeing, strengthen employee financial awareness, and increase convenience through digital banking that includes money management tools. As an Employee Relationship Manager you will work in an outbound sales capacity, facilitating in-person new hire orientations, delivering financial education seminars and multi-faceted benefits programs to the employee base within our clients' organizations. Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 $68,750.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 06/11/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
