We are seeking a compassionate, organized Case Manager to support attorneys and clients throughout the claims and appeals process. This role involves client communication, file management, records collection, deadline tracking, and general case support.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients about case status and document needs
- Maintain and update case files and case management systems
- Request and organize medical, employment, and government records
- Track deadlines, hearings, appeals, and filings
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and document gathering
- Draft routine correspondence and forms
- Follow up with clients, providers, and agencies as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of case management, legal support, or related experience preferred
- Experience with Social Security Disability or Veterans Disability claims preferred
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
