Project Leader Advanced OCM Administrator

We're Hiring: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator Drive the successful adoption of enterprise IT initiatives. If you're passionate about organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and technology transformation, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Serve as the OCM workstream lead, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources. Coordinate OCM tasks, deliverables, quality reviews, status reporting, and issue resolution. Develop and maintain change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, training plans, resistance management plans, and sustainment plans. Support enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives, software development projects, and digital transformation efforts. Collaborate with IT project managers, solution architects, technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive successful change adoption. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and implementation activities. Track project milestones and identify opportunities to improve organizational readiness and user adoption. Ensure all OCM deliverables meet project quality standards, acceptance criteria, budgets, and timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Typically 3–5 years of business/industry experience, including 1–3 years of project/program leadership, management, or change management experience. Knowledge of PMBOK principles, Organizational Change Management methodologies, and adult learning practices. Strong communication, analytical, planning, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
