What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings patient care areas parking facilities entrances and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management directing individuals to appropriate departments while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document observations incidents and unusual activities accurately and promptly and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
