NOW HIRING: Recruiting Contractor | Chicago

I’m currently looking for a Recruiting Contractor to join a collaborative recruiting team at a growing Chicago-based company.

\n

\n

This is a great opportunity for a junior recruiter or strong Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants hands-on experience managing candidate pipelines from application through offer.

\n

\n

Location: Chicago – Hybrid

\n

Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite | Monday & Friday remote

\n

Hours: Approximately 30–35 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours during higher-volume periods

\n

Pay: $35–$45/hour

\n

Contract: November 2026 – June 2027, with potential for longer-term opportunities based on business needs

\n

\n

What you’ll be doing:

\n

\n
• Managing high-volume candidate pipelines for recurring Contact Center hiring classes
\n
• Reviewing applications and resumes and identifying qualified candidates
\n
• Moving candidates through the recruiting process, including video interviews and assessments
\n
• Reviewing candidate information and determining who should advance based on established criteria
\n
• Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the offer process
\n
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and statuses within the ATS
\n
• Managing multiple hiring classes and overlapping recruiting cycles
\n
• Partnering closely with the recruiting team to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
\n
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process
\n

What we’re looking for:

\n

\n
• Approximately 2–3 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience
\n
• Experience reviewing resumes/applications and managing candidate pipelines
\n
• Experience working in an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus but not required
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organization
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
\n
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and being part of a collaborative recruiting team
\n

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required , and industry background is open.
