Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 4 months (possible extension)
• Pay Rate: $35.00–$37.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; may be required to be available after hours
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

As a Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations for client sites
• Manage HSE, fire, and life safety programs
• Maintain complete oversight over all facility operations
• Manage vendor contracts
• Conduct occasional travel — up to 290 miles round trip to furthest site (mileage reimbursed)

Required Skills

• Leadership qualities
• Some Facility Management background
• Knowledge and skills related to standard MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) with some knowledge of Fire Safety
• Some experience managing direct reports
• Basic computer skills

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

Education Requirements

• Relevant experience is more important than formal education credentials

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Client-facing role
• Occasional travel required — up to 290 miles round trip to furthest site; mileage reimbursed
• May be required to be available after regular business hours
• Overtime may be required
