This role focuses on employee relations, policy interpretation, attendance and performance management, training administration, and compliance, and is responsible for independently addressing routine and moderately complex HR matters. The HR Generalist II partners closely with Operations management to promote accountability, consistency, employee engagement, and effective workforce practices across the organization.Location:This position will be based on-site at our manufacturing facility in Gurnee, IL.Shift:This HR Generalist will support the day shift (8am-4:30pm) with flexibility based on business needs. This position is primarily assigned to support day shift operations. However, as a member of the Human Resources team supporting a 24/7 manufacturing environment, flexibility is required. The incumbent may be expected to work occasional evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, or adjusted schedules to meet business needs, support employee relations matters, facilitate training, assist with staffing initiatives, or respond to operational requirements.What Will You Do?The HR Generalist II provides on-site HR support and contributes across all core HR functional areas.
