Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business needs and processes.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements.
• System Customization and Enhancement: Implement custom solutions and enhancements to address unique business challenges.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct various types of testing (unit, system, integration) to ensure the SAP solutions meet requirements.
• Support and Problem Solving: Provide first and second-level support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving errors.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
• End-User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities.
• Project Management (potentially): May lead or contribute to the delivery of small to medium-sized projects.
• Integration: Handle integration aspects with other SAP modules like MM, FICO, and external applications.
• Troubleshooting and Incident Management: Investigate and resolve software problems and handle changes/emergencies.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements.

First and Second Level Support for SD Module.

Analyze and solve bugs for live countries.

Collect business requirements and prepare technical documentation.

Customize and test request from business.

Ensure overall template adherence for processes across all processes.
