Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse – Emergency

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, 36 per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience in emergency or trauma nursing preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages in an emergency setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge needs.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other nursing staff as per their scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
