Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency/Trauma

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid nursing license.
- Experience in emergency or trauma nursing preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for a group of patients during designated shifts.
- Assure that nursing care aligns with medical plans and incorporates input from patients and significant others.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Coordinate the delivery of patient care across all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning into care strategies.
- Delegate patient care tasks appropriately, based on team members' competencies and legal scope of practice.
