We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide hands-on support across a variety of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives. This position is responsible for helping coordinate projects, organize marketing materials, maintain campaign information, and support the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.

The role involves a combination of marketing coordination, research, administrative support, and communication with internal teams and external contacts. We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable keeping multiple projects moving at once.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support marketing projects from preparation through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating schedules, materials, and timelines for marketing campaigns
  
• Preparing and organizing marketing and promotional materials
  
• Assisting with brand initiatives, local marketing activities, and promotional campaigns
  
• Supporting the coordination of events, presentations, and marketing activities
  
• Maintaining campaign calendars, project information, and internal records
  
• Conducting basic market and competitor research
  
• Gathering and organizing customer and market feedback
  
• Preparing reports, presentations, campaign summaries, and meeting materials
  
• Reviewing marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
  
• Coordinating with internal teams regarding upcoming projects and deadlines
  
• Communicating with vendors, partners, and other external contacts
  
• Organizing signage, displays, promotional materials, and campaign supplies
  
• Maintaining inventory of marketing materials and coordinating distribution when needed
  
• Assisting with product and service marketing initiatives
  
• Tracking campaign activities and maintaining accurate documentation
  
• Supporting meetings and preparing relevant materials
  
• Handling general administrative tasks related to marketing projects
  
• Assisting with additional marketing activities as needed
  

The Position

This is a full-time role supporting the daily operations and execution of the marketing function. The position works closely with other team members to keep campaigns organized, materials prepared, information accurate, and marketing activities running smoothly.
