Seeking a motivated Electromechanical Technician to join our team. Responsible for maintaining automated manufacturing equipment in a proactive safe manner; identify, troubleshoot, and repair both mechanical and electrical abnormalities on all facility equipment. What’s in it for you 401k with company match Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave Insurance eligibility begins on 31st day of employment 11 paid holidays Will start on a Monday‑Friday day shift schedule and transition to a 2/2/3 12‑hour night shift schedule $2500 sign‑on bonus Pay Range: $38.80‑$40.80 What you’ll accomplish Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled to drive down performance losses and increase equipment reliability Participate in real‑time problem solving with operators while building operator technical skills and capability Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills to maintain, optimize and improve production equipment with key plant indicators such as safety, quality and cost Build technical procedures Utilize digital tools and tablets to input data into SAP and other online tools including Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) Requirements High school Diploma or GED required Level I: associate degree/technical certificate in related field and less than 3 years of relevant work experience Level II: associate degree/technical certificate in related field and/or 3‑5 years of equivalent experience (manufacturing experience preferred) Ability to pass a respirator fit test is required Skills Control systems – Basic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) input/output hardware troubleshooting, motor, sensor, drives and basic electrical circuits and basic understanding of device communication networks Mechanical skills – Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical drive systems, utility systems (air, steam, refrigeration, etc.) Electrical skills – Knowledge and ability to interpret National Electrical Code, power systems and distribution (up to 480V), motor control circuits, safety circuits Instrumentation and Field Devices – Analog and discrete devices, knowledge and use of test equipment (amp meter, megger, etc.) The approximate pay for this position is $38.80‑$40.80. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
