Position Summary Position Summary: The role includes compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementation of action plans using the Open Door Policy, and execution of business processes. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely following company standards and guidelines; safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets. Use policy data and resources to complete work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Receive, organize, and manage merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; control inventory flow, merchandising, and shelf capacities; maintain required paperwork and logs. Provide member service, acknowledging members, identifying member needs, offering guidance, and supporting technology self‑service usage and purchasing decisions. Maintain facility safety: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials, correct unsafe situations, and report to management. Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation; properly zone, stock, rotate merchandise, remove damaged or out‑of‑date goods, set up displays, ensure modular integrity, and promote seasonal merchandising. Process defective merchandise following sanitation and food‑safety protocols, monitor shrink, security risks, and safety. Assist in filling club pick‑up orders, staging products, ensuring merchandising associates pick orders on time, and performing occasional audits. Handle inventory moves, display goods safely, track stock, control shrinkage, and report poor inventory practices. Use inventory tools and equipment safely; report unsafe conditions or forklift malfunctions. Proactively provide technology assistance, engage customers needing help, and model and help with technology services. Identify shrink opportunities, fix problems, maintain equipment, and keep products stocked correctly. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of experience operating a forklift and a valid Forklift Certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Customer Service Experience. Retail Experience. Supervising a team. Compensation & Benefits The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00 depending on the job location; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
