Sales Operations Coordinator

Overview Salary Range $26.45 - $30.29 Hourly Position Type Part Time Category Description Position Summary TheSalesOperations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support by coordinating& processingcustomer orders,maintainingsales records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. This role also provides administrative support to Leadership andassistswith general office operations as needed. This is a part‑time position working 4 hours / day Monday - Friday. Coordinate and support day‑to‑day sales activities and customer requests. Process customer orders, quotations, and sales‑related documentation. Maintain customer records, pricing, and CRM/ERP data. Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and other business analytics. Coordinate customer communications and provide order status updates. Support new customersetupandmaintainsales documentation. Assistwith sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents. Support trade shows, customer visits, and sales events. Assistwith general office administrative functions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe). Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
