Leasing Consultants needed for temp-to-hire positions
Essential Leasing Responsibilities:
ü Show apartments to prospective residents and showcase the advantages of our property
ü Answer phones and greet customers and residents
ü Complete administrative duties
ü Post ads daily on internet sites such as Craigslist. Audit paid ads for accuracy and high quality.
Leasing Requirements:
ü Excellent customer service, presentation, and sales skills
ü At least 6 months leasing experience required
ü The ability to multi-task
ü Computer Savvy
