About the Role The Environmental Services Associate supports a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities • Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance operations.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the community and resident areas.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support team efforts to uphold safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications & Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping or maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
