LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Altoona, PA The Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, and weekends available). The position involves providing direct, one‑on‑one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient. Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New grads welcome, training provided). Experience providing care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
