Land Acquisition Lead: Development Growth & Negotiations

Lennar is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to identify and secure land, lots and development opportunities in the Northern Virginia market. You will work with brokers, landowners and internal teams to evaluate opportunities and support our land strategy. The role requires coordinating due diligence, negotiating terms, and collaborating with legal and finance to keep the five-year plan current.
