ParkingPass is a parking management platform for apartment communities, HOAs, and public lots.

Property managers use it to register residents and guests, set parking rules, and coordinate

enforcement with patrol and tow vendors.

About the Role

Onboarding at ParkingPass is a focused 14-day implementation. Youll own the client-facing side for our Enterprise properties (200+ units) and multi-property portfolios. Our CX Operations Specialist handles all backend implementation, so your time goes to the client: setting goals, configuring their settings with them live, training their team, and getting them ready to launch.

Were a small team, so youll have real ownership from day one and a clear, documented process to

run.

What Youll Do

• Own the client relationship from welcome to handoff. Youre the one voice the property hears from during onboarding, by email, phone, and video.
• Run onboarding goals calls. Learn what the property needs from parking, set expectations for the 14-day timeline, and confirm launch dates.
• Lead live setup sessions. Walk clients through their settings and configure them in the platform together: property map, guest parking, citations, parking rules, patrol hours, and add-ons.
• Train property teams. Lead live training sessions with each clients team before launch, so theyre confident using the platform on day one.
• Run QA before launch. Test each propertys configuration (rules, citation logic, and vendor access) so nothing surprises the client after go-live.
• Answer client questions by email and phone quickly and clearly, from first contact through handoff.
• Launch registration and hand off. Send the launch email, open resident registration, and hand the property to Customer Success on Day 14 with clean notes.
• Rescue stalled onboardings. When a client goes quiet or a property needs more hands-on help, you step in and get it moving again.

• 90% of your properties handed off by Day 14
• Fewer than 15% of setup sessions missed
• Onboarding satisfaction scores trending up
• Within your first 90 days, youll go from learning the platform to running onboardings on your own

What Youll Bring

• 2+ years in a client-facing SaaS role such as onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management
• Experience running live client calls and product training over video
• Comfort learning a software platform deeply enough to configure it on a call while the client watches
• A track record of managing several clients at once without letting deadlines slip
• Strong written communication: clear, friendly emails that clients can act on
• Comfort working in a ticketing or CRM tool and keeping records current

• Coachable and collaborative. You take feedback well, hand off cleanly to teammates, and trust others to own their part.
• Expectation setter. Youre upfront about timelines and what you need from the client, so there are no surprises on launch day.
• Warm and confident on calls. You can lead a room, keep a meeting on track, and leave clients feeling taken care of.
• Organized and detail-oriented. You keep many plates spinning and notice the small setting that would cause a big headache later.
• Curious about the clients world. You ask good questions about how a property actually runs, so the setup fits how they work.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with property management, multifamily housing, HOAs, or proptech
• Familiarity with property management systems like Yardi or RealPage
• Hands-on time with Pylon, Calendly, or similar support and scheduling tools
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation

The base salary range is $52,000 to $58,000 , depending on experience. Candidates with SaaS

implementation experience who can run live configuration sessions from the start are considered

toward the top of the range.

This is a full-time, fully remote role based in the U.S., reporting to the Director of Customer Experience.
