Community-Based Referral Coordinator (ABA Therapy Focus) Actify ABA Therapy – Maryland (Field-Based Role) Actify ABA Therapy is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Community-Based Referral Coordinator to expand our presence across Columbia, Baltimore, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Lanham, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who understands ABA therapy and is passionate about connecting families with high‑quality, clinically appropriate care. Schedule & Compensation Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM Pay: Starting at $20+/hour, based on experience Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities over time About the Role This is a field‑based position focused on developing and managing referral relationships within the pediatric and autism services community. The right candidate will not just build connections, but serve as a knowledgeable resource on ABA therapy—helping referral partners understand when, why, and how to connect families to services.
