AP Manager

Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the organization’s AP function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and reconciliations. The role manages AP staff, maintains internal controls, and supports month‑end close activities. Oversee daily accounts payable operations and payment processing Manage and develop AP team members Review invoice coding, approvals, and vendor payments for accuracy Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month‑end and year‑end close Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory experience Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and internal controls Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Compensation Pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
