Job Overview We are looking for a sales superstar who will focus exclusively on building relationships with pre‑qualified prospective customers for our small commercial business insurance products. You will receive dedicated coaching and a rigorous lead generation process to maximize your success. Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with pre‑qualified prospective customers. Ideal Candidate May be transitioning from a captive agency or looking to move from personal lines to commercial lines. Has experience in commercial lines insurance but wants structured leads. Qualifications Minimum 2‑3 years of P&C insurance sales experience. Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License required. Experience in the commercial lines insurance industry. Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to explain concepts to non‑insurance professionals. Independent and self‑motivated with a drive to succeed.
