Tosca QA Engineer

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation using Tosca and a proven track record of leading QA teams in delivering successful projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience (7+ years) as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Tosca test automation
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests using Tosca
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to lead QA efforts within Agile teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• TOSCA AS1, AS2, AE1, AE2, TDS and TQL certifications

• As a Tosca QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance
• You will lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, guiding them in test planning, test case design, test automation, and execution using Tosca
• Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business analysts, to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• In this position, you will design and implement robust automated test scripts and frameworks using Tosca
• You will also perform hands-on testing activities as needed, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Establishing and maintaining QA processes, standards, and best practices will be crucial to ensure high-quality deliverables
• You will monitor and report on QA metrics, test execution progress, and defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team
