Quality Coordinator

Your RoleThe Quality Coordinator identifies operational process improvements on quality of inbound and outbound flows. You will report to our Safety Health Environment and Quality Manager. You will work on a team with one additional Quality Coordinator at our South Charlotte location (about 4 miles from Carowinds). This is a hybrid position with 2 work from home days per week.You will handle the warehouse side of customer claims. Investigate, come with root cause and identify the actions to be taken while understanding the customer needs and requirements.You will work closely together with the leadership team and the warehouse engineers to implement improvements on quality for the inbound and outbound flows.You will support the RMA (returns) team with all type of quality questionsYou will work closely with the SQA engineer to improve supplier quality standardsRegularly audit warehouse flows on qualityYou will be part of the Monthly Process Quality meetingsYou will perform other duties as assigned.To Succeed, You Will NeedEven if you don't meet all the points, but are ready for a challenge, click on "Apply" anyway.
