Senior Trial Attorney

- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents
- Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients
- Sending and responding to discovery, including coordination with clients to obtain relevant responsive documents and information
- Conducting legal research on a variety of issues relevant to insurance defense litigation
- Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, site inspections, and mediations
- Active participation in all aspects of litigation management
- Experience: Insurance defense: 2 years (Required)
- 5+ years of insurance defense experience.
- Candidates must have strong analytical, research and writing skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Solid insurance defense experience, including file handling and trial experience.
- Texas bar license (Required)
- 1920-hour billing requirement.
- This is a full-time in-office position with the potential for remote hybrid flexibility after ramp up.
