✨Customer Service Representative-Billing & Account Support Yadkinville, NC ⏰ Tuesday –Saturday, 9am–6pm|Sundays & Mondays Off Hybrid: Work from the office and from home each week Do you enjoy helping people and figuring out how to solve problems? Zirrus is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help our customers with billing, account questions, products and services. You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who communicates well, learns quickly, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

What You’ll DoAs a Customer CARE Specialist, you will:

Help customers by phone, chat and email
Answer billing, payment, account and service questions
Troubleshoot problems and work toward resolving them on the first call
Help customers understand their Zirrus services and recommend solutions when appropriate
Accurately document customer interactions and account changes
Work with the CARE team to create a great customer experience

�Work Schedule

Standard Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Hybrid: Work from the office and from home each week

�What You Bring

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to actively listen and de-escalate situations
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/billing systems

Qualifications

At least 6 months of customer service experience
High school diploma required
